2023 Electric Motion USA Escape "R"

The Electric Motion ESCAPE “R” is the ultimate mixture of trial and trail. It’s a combination of all our best parts, and when we add in it’s low eco-footprint and almost-silent operation, the gas-powered competition can’t even come close.

The most exciting feature of the ESCAPE “R” is its full-functioning Hydraulic Diaphragm Clutch. Just like a gas bike, the clutch system on ESCAPE “R”lets the rider perfectly modulate the power; it is truly game-changing.

Add in the Hi-Capcity Battery and the seat, and you have a bike that can delivery hours of fun, performance, and comfort.

Features may include:

• ANTI-REVERSE

A significant new safety feature for 2023, all Electric Motion models now feature our Anti-Reverse system. Anti-Reverse keeps the bike from rolling away in the event that the the rider fails a steep ascent. At speeds from 0 to 3mph, the rider can instantly lock the back wheel by pushing the grey FRB button.

• NEW CONTROL SWITCH & NEW MAPS

For 2023, EM further improved last year’s new control switch by moving swapping the position of the Map and FRB buttons to improve the ergonomics and make FRB easier to use.

• NEW LINKAGE

New linkage ratio for 2023 improve rear-suspension performance and increase rear wheel grip in all situations.

• IMPROVED BRAKE PEDAL TIP

Now made of aluminum for improved quality, better control surface, and more traction against your boot.

• NEKKEN HANDLEBARS

The 2023 ESCAPE “R” is equipped with top-shelf Nekken bars.

• DOMINO THROTTLE

Improved sensitivity and throttle control come from the better mechanical system on the new Domino throttle.

• HYDRAULIC CLUTCH

Electric Motion was the first manufacturer to offer a fully-functioning Hydraulic Diaphragm Clutch to the general public. This setup is a revolutionary advancement for the electric drivetrain , allowing the rider to perfectly modulate the motor’s power, load the suspension for big obstacles, and expertly control the rear wheel traction. ESCAPE “R”’s hydraulic clutch makes it possible to conquer obstacles and clean sections that were never possible on an electric trials bike before.

• TICK OVER - TKO

Straight from the racing department, the ESCAPE “R” is equipped with TKO, a major innovation for the rider.

• HI-OUTPUT MOTOR

The 50.4 volt electric motor is the heart of the ESCAPE “R”. Providing great torque, responsive power, and near-silent operation, this motor is ready to deliver countless hours of trouble-free Trials enjoyment.

• ALUMINUM TECH FORK

ESCAPE “R” features the latest TECH ALUMINUM RACING front fork. The industry-standard for reliability and function, the new TECH fork offers the ESCAPE “R” model enhanced front-end traction and increased performance. They are supple enough to glide over roots and rocky stream beds, yet they provide plenty of pop to unload over big obstacles and are able to soak up big drops.

• LED HEADLIGHT & BLUE TRIPLE CLAMP

We have integrated the new LED headlight into an all new, sleek & lightweight headlight shell.
